I just received an email from Wall Street Journal titled "U.S. To Toughen Finance Rules". The article mainly talks about how the Obama administration is going to make it harder for big bank executives to receive big bonuses, require some kind of oversight to large hedge funds and monitor their payment and settlement system, and possibly requiring banks to hold more capital (which caps growth) during good times, so the reserve can safely be tapped into during worse economic times.
