  5. PowerShares QQQ (NASDAQ:QQQQ) August 38 Put Option
  6. SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE:SPY) August 100 Put Options
  7. Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) August 2o Put Options
  8. Citigroup Inc. August 3 Call Options
  9. Citigroup Inc. September 5 Call Options
  10. Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) August 17 Call Options
